A.B. Villa Sasalı: Contemporary Luxury Villa Interior Architecture in Sasalı

A.B. Villa Sasalı is WELL MIMARLIK's third residential project carried out in the Sasalı area. These projects, each adding a new layer to the region's rising residential standard, are together forming an architectural legacy.

Design Identity

A.B. Villa elevated what was learned from earlier projects in the area to a higher level. Precision in sun orientation studies increased; in material selection, the combination of natural stone and special textures was handled in a considerably more careful design language.

While the living area opens to the garden with wide glass surfaces, the kitchen island organisation was placed at the centre of social life. On the bedroom floors, each room acquired an individual identity telling its own small story.

Material and Colour Decisions

The dominant material palette was a natural stone and timber combination. Warm, open tones made the space feel spacious and airy. Brass accent details were used as a continuity element through room transitions.

Garden and Exterior

Pool and garden design was an important component of the project. A seating area under the pergola supported outdoor living during İzmir's long summer season.
