Located in the Göktepe district of Menemen, B.K. Villa was shaped as a residential project compatible with the rural fabric while offering all the comforts of modern living. The 380 sqm gross area was organised in a three-storey but compact mass.

Project Summary

Location: Göktepe, Menemen Area: 380 sqm Material Palette: Stone cladding / Textured plaster Year: 2025

Facade Character

Stone cladding facade was the primary design decision establishing the building's connection with its rural environment. The light beige-toned stone, harmonious with the region's dried grass and earth colours, made the building feel embedded in the land. Textured plaster smoothed the sharp details of the stone, making two different facade characters compatible.

Sky Gallery

The rooftop terrace, the most distinctive element of the project, was named the "sky gallery." Organised with a steel-framed glass balustrade, pool, and seating group, this terrace offered a 360-degree panorama framing the city and rural landscape. With evening illumination this area acquired a completely different identity.

Interior Organisation

The ground floor was dedicated to a generous, fluid social space: kitchen island, dining area, and seating group were configured in a single continuous zone. Travertine was chosen for floor finish; it reflected light, visually expanding the space. On upper floors, privacy and quiet were kept to the fore.
