E.D. Residance Mavişehir: Premium Residance Interior Architecture by the Marina

E.D. Residance is a residance project located by the marina in Mavişehir, İzmir. The cosmopolitan character of the area and the sea view shaped both the aesthetic and functional parameters of the design.

Design Approach

Window openings were designed to capture marina views in every room. The interior colour palette comprised the open, clean tones evocative of the Aegean. A combination of white, cream, and blue-grey established a calm and bright atmosphere.

Material Selection

In this project dominated by ceramic floor and glass surfaces, timber details were used as warmth elements. The kitchen island counter was clad in beige-toned compact material; this choice both facilitated maintenance and preserved aesthetic integrity.

Storage and Practicality

Practical storage solutions are critical for residance residents. In this project, built-in wardrobe systems were integrated in every zone from corridors to bedrooms.
