H.B. Villa Yelki: Bespoke Villa Interior Architecture in Yelki

Yelki is a rising residential district on İzmir's south side. H.B. Villa is a residential design that adapts to the calm and green fabric of the area while fully meeting contemporary comfort standards.

Design Process

The client profile and wish list strongly directed the design in this project. Generous family gathering areas, study room, children's play zone, and summer outdoor connection — all these requirements were resolved harmonically under a single roof.

Material and Colour

A neutral and enduring material palette was chosen; natural tones were kept dominant to be harmonious with the green texture of the area. Inside, travertine-effect porcelain floor, light timber details, and grey-cream wall surfaces were preferred.

Living Areas

Open-plan ground floor established a strong visual connection with the garden. The summer veranda became the home's most used space in summer months. On upper floors, each bedroom acquired a personal zone with its own balcony.
