Heaven Burger Bornova: Modern Interior Architecture in a Fast Casual Burger Restaurant

The fast casual restaurant category sits at an intersection where fast service meets aesthetics. Heaven Burger (Bornova, İzmir) became a project that successfully orchestrated this intersection.

Customer flow was planned to minimise queuing and maximise service speed. The open kitchen concept signalled both transparency and speed: customers could see how their product was being prepared.

Seating Arrangement

A combination of high bar stools (short dwell time for high turnover), group tables (for friend groups), and individual counter (for solo customers) was configured. This variety served different customer profiles.

Material and Colour

Brand colours were applied to interior accents. Industrial aesthetics (exposed brick, concrete surface, black metal) both tracked the trend and made the space recognisable. Timber surfaces were used as warmth elements.
