Güverte Balık Restaurant is an interior architecture project that exploits the full advantage of its waterfront location. By deliberately keeping the transition between interior and terrace minimal, it integrated the dining experience with nature.

Terrace Design: The Heart of the Project

The waterfront position was the restaurant's most powerful design card. The terrace was planned in an amphitheatre arrangement facing the sea: every table looks toward the view. The canopy system managed sun and wind; in evening hours, illuminated covers created a romantic atmosphere.

Interior and Terrace Integration

Interior and terrace were made to speak the same language. Sea aesthetics were carried inside too: deep blue tones, timber details, and small nautical accessory motifs. Floor finish continued uninterrupted from inside to outside.

Service Flow

Kitchen access is critical in fish restaurants: fresh fish preparation, positioning of open grill or closed cooking systems, management of cleaning areas. These requirements were integrated from the spatial planning stage.
